What does Yoga Therapy include?



• Physical Exercises to strengthen, lengthen, improve circulation, flexibility, balance, etc.



• Mental Exercises such as concentration, sensory awareness, creative flows, and challenges.



• Meditation Practices to calm your mind, inspire awareness, and connection.



• Breathing Exercises to energize, calm, balance, and strengthen.



• Energy Explorations using the chakra system.



• Lifestyles counseling or coaching for creating ease and balance in everyday life.

• Appropriate Referrals to Nutrition, Chiropractic, Massage, or other Healthcare Practitioners.

 

Who are Yoga Therapists?


They are experienced and professional Yoga Teachers that have met or exceeded the standard for teaching group Yoga Classes.

​

They have graduated from a 200 hour professional Yoga Teacher Training that is registered with the  National Yoga Alliance.

​

They are not a licensed or state certified practitioner but can hold a certificate of completion in Yoga Therapy by a program endorsed by the IAYT (www.iayt.org).
 

They’re guidance is not a substitute for appropriate medical intervention and especially a diagnosis by a Medical Doctor.
